I do relish the many colors of autumn and speaking of relish, I am getting back into the kitchen to see if I can perfect that dish I had in Morocco last year. It was made from a squash that I tried but failed to identify when I attempted to recreate a delicious treat I had for lunch while touring the Fez medina.
